Rodolfo Salas is a graduate of Yale University
and a former executive with IBM and Rockwell
Automation (Allen-Bradley).

Since founding RSR International in 1992 he has
developed, tested and refined his Align-Execute
System with clients across the world.

Mr. Salas is widely sought after for his coaching
and facilitation skills and for his business
acumen, acquired through many years of
executive experience.

He is also Managing Director of The Center for
Strategic Thinking, LLC through which he
delivers his consulting services.

In 2003 Mr. Salas published his book, Prioritize
‘til it Hurts.

Meghan Atwell, Ph.D. is a Strategic Consultant
at RSR International, Inc and at The Center for
Strategic Thinking, LLC.

Since 2002 she has served as a consultant,
aiding in the preparation, facilitation and
follow-through of Strategic Alignment Group
Sessions. Also, she aids in development,
design and marketing of our books, Smartphone
applications and web services.

She earned a doctorate in Public Policy and
Public Administration from George Washington
University and a B.A. in Economics from Kenyon
College.

Rick Salas is an inventor and has over 25 years
of innovative software development.

Rick, a graduate of Kansas State Univeristy, is
widely recognized by RSR clients around the
world for his powerful solutions to drive critical
thinking, prioritization, alignment and decision
making.

Rick has designed and developed numerous
other one-of-a-kind software solutions for
organizations in many different fields.

Dr. David G. Watterson has developed hiring
systems, coordinated coaching assignments,
and delivered leadership and succession
programs for large, multi-national organizations
as well as mid-sized companies worldwide. Dr.
Watterson assists companies to align their
talent to their vision, mission, and strategies;
individually and organizationally for optimal
performance.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Watterson
holds a Master of Arts degree from Cleveland
State University and a Ph.D. in Counseling
Psychology from the University of Illinois. In
2010, he received the Distinguished Alumni
Award from Cleveland State University. He is a
licensed psychologist in Ohio and Illinois.
